In my case, i received some parts that were damaged but on top of that i only received 2 posts instead of 9,the measures were taken poorly (because they have zero experience in doing stair railings diagonal),one plate had a completely wrong shape,then another plate wasn't possible to fix because of bad measures. Every time there was an issue the reply was look on the drawing,you accepted it so basically it is your fault if they are incompetent. The trade assurance and Alibaba escalation is complete useless,i got an offer of 100 dollars to resolve the problem but they didn't understand that the goods were useless without the parts. I had to organize the shipment with another supplier,i had to reorder the missing parts(they pretended that i received everything).I had to pay 190 dollars to finally get them. My person of contact Miss Jean CHEN tried to solve the issues but it was nerve wracking. Hopefully this helps someone!!
